Verlinde Symposium

Symposium to celebrate the 60th birthday of Erik and Herman Verlinde

On the final two days of the Amsterdam String Workshop 2022, a celebratory symposium will be held in honor of Erik and Herman Verlinde, who have turned 60 this year.

The symposium will be held on 14 and 15 July 2022 and concludes the two-week Amsterdam String Summer Workshop. The day programme consists of lectures by friends and collaborators of Erik and Herman, and will take place at the Oudemanhuispoort in the Amsterdam city center. On Thursday evening, there will be a banquet for invited symposium participants at the Amsterdam Scheepvaartmuseum.
