Accommodation

Conference guests are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements. However, in light of the fact that Amsterdam is a busy tourist destination, the conference organisers have made a block booking at Hotel Résidence Le Coin, the 8th - 11th June 2016. The hotel is very centrally located and has good public transport connections. Guests can reserve rooms within the block booking themselves and it will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Reservation Details & Booking Instructions

The block booking consists of 15 twin rooms at 128,00€/ night.  Breakfast costs an extra 13,50€/ person.  Reservations can be made by emailing the hotel at the above address, stating 'Anton Pannekoek Symposium' in the subject line.  The hotel will require a credit card number and expiration date to confirm the booking.

Cancellation:  Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date of arrival.  Reservations cancelled later than that will incur a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the first night.

Deadline: Please note, the special rate is valid on reservations made before the 1st May 2016.  After that, it is still possible to book, but special rates and availability are no longer guaranteed.  Amsterdam is a busy tourist city.
