The aim of this workshop is to bring together a select group of theorists and experimentalists to interact and brainstorm about many-body phenomena in quantum hybrid platforms in order to identify future goals and concrete applications worth investigating.

The registration for Cooperative Phenomena in Hybrid Quantum Systems is now closed.

The invited speakers are selected from a wide range of backgrounds ranging from quantum optics to condensed matter physics. The goal is to devise a multi/inter-disciplinary approach to efficiently identify and tackle challenges in quantum platforms where cooperativity emerges from interactions brought on by coupling to common external modes or baths. The systems of interest range from cold atoms, trapped ions, condensed matter systems (e.g. vacancy centers and quantum dots) to molecules.

Participation:

The workshop will be relatively small: ~50 participants, with plenty of time devoted to informal discussions. The organizers will cover all local expenses (accommodation, breakfast/lunch/dinner) for all participants, while all travel costs (flight plus train/bus/taxi) are expected to be covered by the participants.
